Entry Milestones:

Child must be fully potty trained
Has self-help skills (able to put on and change clothes/put on shoes)
Child can identify their first name by sight and is able to identify the letters in their name
Child can count
Child can hold a spoon, pencil and crayon
Child is able to follow simple directions
Child can speak in 4- or more word sentences
Child is able to interact with teachers and peers

Strengthen social/emotional development
Strengthen self-help skills
Encourage problem solving
Focus on cognitive, language and motor skills which will provide a strong foundation and preparation for the next class
