Child Development and After School Care Program Overview:

Child Development Center:

We strongly believe in children learning through play; what does this mean? Each of our classrooms are child centered, children learn self-help/life skills through playing in centers such as housekeeping, blocks, science, reading, art, manipulatives, sand/water tables and writing.

Our teachers use “Creative Curriculum” by Diana Dodge as a reference in for lesson planning and a guide for curriculum to follow within the classrooms.

LSLC-CDC is a Faith based center, and our older students partake in weekly Chapel time with Pastor Eric while our younger students get to enjoy bible story time once a week downstairs with their teachers.

After School Care:

After school arrives at LSLC-CDC around 3:15 or 3:30 depending on traffic. Teachers help children with homework and plan activities around a monthly theme. Some of the activities include cooking, science, arts and crafts, as well as music and movement. Full day care is provided when public schools are closed.

Tuition is billed at the first of each month. Tuition fees are automatically drafted to be paid in full by the 5th business day of each month. 

*For siblings there is a $10.00 discount for the second child.*
